If you are an artist or a crafter of any sort I bet you have unfinished projects lying around.  It is time to grab those projects and come meet for some fun and fellowship.  Drag out that cross-stitch, watercolor, knitting, quilt or model. Pull out those vacation photos you want to put in a scrapbook or take this time to start something new for Christmas gift giving. We will meet in the Temple Room from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm once a month. If you have any questions call Heather Bowser. Everyone is invited no matter your skill so please come!

OUR CHURCH HAS A MISSION:
For a number of years now, it has been the custom of our church family to serve meals on the 3rd Monday evening and the 3rd Tuesday afternoon of each month at the Rescue Mission.  Unfortunately, in recent months it has become difficult finding members to participate in this worthy service.  If we do not find people to take part in this humanitarian service to our community, Westminster Church will, regrettably, have to withdraw from the program.  We feel strongly that this will not be the case, and that you will step forward to participate in this mission which has been a part of our outreach for these past years.  We are asking you to commit to serve at least one (yes, only one) meal at the Rescue Mission in 2008.  Please volunteer now to take part in this important mission on behalf of our church.  We need 60 people to participate in 2008, which would represent having 2 people for lunch and 3 people for supper each month.  Please think about your blessings and take part in this mission serving those less fortunate!
During the month of November Tim Meehan and Joe McGee will be recruiting “you”, the members of Westminster.   Please sign up at the Rescue Mission sheet in the Narthex. Thanks to all who have faithfully served this mission work on behalf of Westminster Church in these past years.
